Healthy New Jersey Action Team 2021 Recruitment: ACT II

Phase II team member recruitment is now closed.  Thank you for your interest.

The Healthy New Jersey 2030 (HNJ2030) Team is seeking qualified experts to become members of HNJ2030 Topic Area Action Teams (ACTs) as we enter the next development phase of the HNJ2030 initiative.  Each ACT will focus on one of seventeen sub-topic areas which were developed by the HNJ2030 team over the past two years.

ACT members serve as critical statewide champions of the HNJ2030 initiative and provide input into the strategy, structure, and future direction of this 10-year health improvement project.  As stakeholders from community- and faith-based organizations, academia, health care, government, and other sectors, ACT members bring valuable professional and technical expertise, diverse knowledge of public perspectives, and connections to local and statewide resources, colleagues, and peers.

ACT membership is open to anyone charged with maintaining or improving aspects of public health and safety, including the environment, transportation, food and nutrition, education, housing, public policy, and more.

Application deadline:  September 30, 2021

Applications will be reviewed by members of the HNJ2030 Advisory Council and Coordinating Committee.  If it is determined that you are a good fit for an ACT, you will be contacted by email.  If selected, your term will begin in November 2021.

Being a member of the HNJ2030 Team is a rewarding experience that gives individuals the opportunity to advise, build consensus, and make recommendations to policymakers.  Thank you for your interest in HNJ2030 and for taking the time to submit an application for membership.
